Shipping Policy

We currently offer UK postal delivery using Royal Mail 24 at a flat rate of £4.50 per order.

Orders are handmade and will be dispatched once they have been prepared. You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Royal Mail 24 aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch; however, this is not a guaranteed next-day service. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order. Drakes Gluten Free Bakes cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact us as soon as possible at drakesglutenfreebakes@hotmail.com. For damaged items, please include photographs of the product and packaging.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
