Drake’s Gluten Free Bakes is a small, dedicated gluten-free bakery based in Mickleover, Derby.

The bakery was created by Emma, who has coeliac disease and understands how important it is to find gluten-free treats that feel carefully prepared and genuinely enjoyable.

Baked with care

Everything is made in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen, with careful attention given to ingredients, allergens and preparation. We are proud to hold a Food Hygiene Rating of 5, reflecting our commitment to excellent standards of cleanliness, food handling and safety.

Gluten-free treats for everyone

Our range includes freshly baked cookies, school cakes, brownies, giant cupcakes, yule logs, cookie pies and popular trio boxes. Many products are also available as dairy-free options.
