Gluten-free self-raising flour [rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat, mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, xanthan gum]; EGG; vanilla extract [partially inverted sugar syrup, water, invert sugar syrup]; icing sugar [sugar, anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate]; margarine [vegetable oils (rapeseed, palm, palm kernel), water, salt, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), citric acid, flavourings, carotenes, vitamins A and D]; coffee shot; sprinkles [sugar, water, maize starch, coconut oil, rice flour, shea fat, fruit, vegetable and plant concentrates (sweet potato, radish, spirulina, apple, blackcurrant), thickener (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), stabiliser (acacia gum), glazing agent (white and yellow beeswax), dextrin, flavouring]; cocoa powder [acidity regulator: potassium carbonates].
